Beartrap Summer Festival

Since 1994, the Beartrap Summer Music Festival has made the woods and meadows atop Casper Mountain ring with bluegrass music during the third weekend of July. The Festival was started by the Natrona County Roads, Bridges & Parks Department in conjunction with Townsquare Media. From modest beginnings, it has grown to host thousands of music lovers each year.

While music is the heart of the Beartrap Summer Festival, it's not the only attraction. There's a marketplace featuring dozens of artists, craftspeople, and merchants, an open air food court with something for every taste, and a special kids' area with supervised crafts and activities. It's truly a family event - even Fido is welcome (on leash, please!).
